I think his quote means that we should do things that are right.Like help a person carry something,or give money to a homeless person.He says that whenever we are going to do something we have to make sure if it's a good or a bad thing.Things we shouldn't do is bully a kid at school, or be disrespectful to your parents and elders.He also sates that if it is not true to not say it.For example Rumors.People can say anything about someone that is or is not true.It can get you in to a lot of trouble.You can lose your trust and even your friend.If it isn't true then don't say it.Even if it is True the person might think it is a embarrassing secret and he/she doesn't want anyone to know about it.We should say and do what is right.
