I think this quote means that you should hang out with good friends.Friends who don't curse a lot.Friends who bully people.Also friends who choose the wrong.You have to hang out with good friends.Friends whop treat you and others with respect.Friends who don't say foul language.Friends who care about you.If you do you will be a ctr person.If you choose the wrong friends you will be a ctw person.Friends must have a good personality and great characteristics.
