I think this quote means that we feel good when we help someone or do something helpful. When you do something bad like behave bad in school or home like not doing chores you feel bad. For example, when you help your parents do chores,help someone carry there groceries or be obedient to to your elders you feel good because you did something good. When you do something bad like be disobedient to your parents or behave bad in school and get bad grades you feel bad.You always have to do good.
