I think this quote means that doing the right is not optional.It is something you have to do daily,mostly everyday.If you do whats right you will get respect.You will be treated the same way you treat them.If you treat them bad they will be mad.They wont respect you.They wont like you and think of you as a ctw.You have to be a ctr person all day everyday.To be a ctr person you have to choose the right.You can be polite,say please and thank you.Also help someone with bags or open the door for someone.Do the right thing always no matter what.
