I agree with his statement because enthusiasm makes us feel happy.It makes us feel confident and cheers us up.It does make a difference because many people don't have enthusiasm.For example Eor didn't have enthusiasm.He was sad and droopy.He didn't feel happy.He didn't feel confident in himself and he had a frown on his face.But tigger came along to cheer him up.Tigger has enthusiasm and he wanted to share and spread it to Eor.Enthusiasm does make a difference.
